Working with hotel chains remains a key priority for the Valueable Network. In fact, chains have a unique capacity to scale inclusive practices across multiple locations and teams. By embedding inclusion at group level, they can create lasting impact well beyond a single hotel.
On the 20th and 27th January 2026, Valueable delivered two online training sessions to the new chain: NH Italia S.P.A, which are part of the global Minor Group corporation. The sessions brought together 72 Directors, reflecting strong leadership engagement with advancing inclusive employment within the chain.
The training encompassed a detailed presentation of the activities carried out by Associazione Italiana Persone Down (AIPD) to facilitate employment opportunities for persons with intellectual disabilities in the open labor market. More specifically, the speakers discussed how the Valueable Network project can enable NH Italia S.P.A to host internships and employee contracts, leveraging the rich experience from good practices of other members in the hospitality sector across Europe. The online format enabled Directors to engage directly and ask questions during an open discussion segment.
This session marks the beginning of a longer journey. Valueable’s approach goes beyond one-off training: we can accompany members over time, providing tailored expertise, ongoing advice and peer learning opportunities. For hotel chains such as NH, this support is designed to be transferable and scalable.
