In 2007 Founded by Gamze Cizreli who has introduced several different brands and venues to the dining scene, now BigChefs is the leading café & brasserie chain in Turkey. Partnership with Saruhan Tan in 2009 has led a larger growth and BigChefs launched its first international operations in 2014 with the opening of its Dubai branch. Currently operating with 57 branches, the restaurant chain has received 40% funding from Taxim Capital, a private equity fund who support domestic and international expansions and brand awareness. Today, Bigchefs is leading to the Project of “Farm to Table” to support women entrepreneurs and local food.
