A project of labour integration, a dream for many young people with DS, but also a growing business. Crown jewel of the Onlus BigBang, the restaurant “21Grammi” opens in Brescia since February 2016. The objective consists in a full inclusion that aims to become a pedagogic model to national level. The plan of professional inclusion foresees in fact a careful selection and training of the staff. The attainment of the full autonomy is the centre of the project an the ultimate objective of this cooperative bresciana. Besides the special atmosphere, the service in this place is excellent and careful. Simple and sophisticated foods, everything is under the sign of the good taste.
